Chat is locked up
Hi, I was on chat concerning some products I received and the chat won’t work, we haven’t ended our discussion it is just frozen and can’t finish conversation. Not sure if IT needs to know this?? Just an fyi for my post,
@tamrick, I’m sorry for the disconnection! I’ll be sure to forward your concern to our IT Dept. I saw where the chat was disconnected in mid conversation. The rep was informing you that the return shipping was waived and asking if you wanted to exchange for any of the items mentioned. For, example the palazzo pants, black and white top or earrings.
