Paid off a purchase on flexpay today-2 charges of $3 and change each. I checked my credit card and they took out 2 charges of $7.49 each. I am frosted as this is not the first time I’ve been double charged by hsn. What if I didn’t have the amount on my card, or on my debit card? I could have been charged an overage fee.
I have written customer service and have gotten NO response.
Do I have to assume that the purchase price hsn shows could be doubled? Willy-nilly.
