Charged for items the have not shipped
What is going on with your logistics dept. I bought severall items a week ago, my card had been charged, but the status is still in packaging. HSN never use to be slow at shipping out. This is ridiculous. My card should not be charged unless the item has shipped.
Kyle, did receive shipping confirmations this afternoon , but I still have Vince Camuto boots I was charged $119 for that have not shipped after 5 days. I also had a Bali bracelet that was set up for an exchange for a another size, but when I returned it they marked the $ 0 price exchange as returned and it’s stuck in packaging mode. OY you guys are killing me, I spend thousands every year on HSN and feel like the warehouses are slipping in their job.
, I’m sorry to hear that your orders haven’t shipped yet. It looks like they should be leaving the warehouse this weekend and will be on their way to you shortly. Once your orders get sent to our warehouse for shipping, the charges for the orders would be completed which is why you’re showing them as charged already. I apologize for any inconvenience. (Kyle)
