Charged 405 dollars after card declined. No order completed.
I have a huge chunk of money missing from my account, they didn’t accept my card when I clicked check out for a TV but charged my account anyway. They took the money out within seconds but when I called about it they said it would take days for me to get it back. I called the card company and they said it could be as late as march 7th. So I guess I can’t just take my money elsewhere and try another place because they took it for some odd reason and denied me my product and now my money won’t be returned to me for a long time. I was all excited to finally get a nice tv and now my hopes are dashed because instead of just denying my card and me going “oh well” and going to another store and buying it somewhere else, they took my money and have left me 405.00 in the hole for no reason. I wish I knew why this happened and why it has happened to other people. And why I was told to wait 72 hours on a charge that never should have been made to my card in the first place. My card company told me it could be much longer than 3 days as well so I am .
I really am sorry that your order was canceled @e5twe! I see that we sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization on your account. The time frame of when the funds become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
