Changing my Avatar
It doesn’t matter if I click on edit profile image or delete profile image, either way a blank box comes up and stays blank. How can I update my picture? I can’t seem to get past this blank box point.

Hi @pamlou, I’m sorry for the delayed response and to hear you’re having difficulties updating your profile image. Have you tried a different browser? I know in the past there was an issue, however, it was fixed. If you’ve tried a different browser and you’re still having difficulties, you’re more than welcome to send your photo to HSNSocialCare@hsn.com and I’ll be more than happy to assist with getting your photo updated.
