cc decline but already charged for order
I placed an order this morning for a tablet for my son for christmas. The order went through, and my card was charged for the first flex payment already. Then I get an email saying my card was declined? Why on earth would it have already charged my card for this item, and then decline it after charging me? This is the first time i have ever ordered anything from hsn, and i have a feeling it will be my last. I really wanted this item for my son for christmas. Has this happened to anyone else?

The problem ai am having, is that my card was already charged for the first flex pay payment. It’s already been deducted from my card. But then the card was declined. How could they charge the card, and then decline it after it was already charged? I spoke with someone at customer service who said it was credit card company who denied the charge, but that is in fact not the case. The payment was already taken.
