Caseables for the fire tablets
I ordered and received 2 sets of the 2pk fire tablets….so I got 4 tablets altogether. Which by the way I LOVE THEM IM SO EXCITED BEST DEAL OF THE SEASON!!! However, the caseables that each gets a voucher for, I did use and chose the cases for the receivers. I ordered these the same day that I received the tablet order which was over a week ago. 2 short days after placing my FREE CASEABLE order (awesome deal too no s&h fees) I received a email from caseables saying my order has been shipped from N.Y. location. I have since tried to contact them and got a email response saying my order is not trackable. So I emailed back not being satisfied with this answer and still waiting for a response. I know this company WAS NOT on the show, they are just the company you get a voucher for your purchase, but is there anything anyone at HSN can help me get some answers? I just want to know where they are and when they will be here. Please and thank you!
I ordered my caseable the last day (May 31) that I could on my card (for the free case) and it said my code ” wasn’t right”. Did not say it was invalid I sent them a message and have not heard anything from them. What is going to be done about this now????? I also went to a website where they were complaining about this same thing,”FREE CASEABLES”, that came from QVC. Items upside down on cases, not able to track orders coming from NY, and so on. There is a company number but I don’t believe it is in the US, maybe Germany. Don’t think that will help out here. Disappointed here!
I also wanted to mention the wild fires in CA, and other storms slowed things down, plus Xmas holidays, red alert on usps, check it out.
I love mine too aren’t they Amazon Kindle Fire? Using silk browser, I had wanted which goes through Google but not chrome, are u playing HSN arcade games on them?
