Can’t Write a Review
Trying to write a review on an item I purchased (ITEM 514-272), but when I click the review link, I get this message:
Sorry, our records indicate that you have not purchased this item. Only items purchased within the last 365 days may be reviewed and rated.
I tried sending an email to Customer Service about this issue yesterday evening using the email link on the Customer Service page, but the email would never go through. I would fill out the information on the email page, click the “Continue” button, and nothing would happen. Tried emailing today, but the link just brings up a page that the “Site is under maintenance”.
Any way to fix this so I can submit a review? Thanks
So even though it shows up in my account now, and gives me the “Write Review” button, I can’t write the review. Hmmm. Seems goofy, but I guess I can’t do much about that. Wasn’t going to write a glowing review anyway.

Yes, I am signed into my account. The problem is when i ordered the item, I checked out as a Guest and didn’t create an account. When I tried to write a review the first time, I got a message telling me only account holders can write reviews, so I created an account. When I viewed my account, it showed I didn’t have any orders. So I chatted with Customer service, and they linked my order to my newly created account somehow, so now I see my order history, yet I still can’t write the review. I just get that message about me not purchasing the item.
, it sounds like you may have not been signed into your account when you tried to submit a review. Are you still having trouble with this?
