Can't Use Account And Was Told Nothing Could Be Done!
I tried to place an order and was unable to due to my account being flagged for fraud per what I was told. After speaking with a total of 5 people on 3 different days I finally get to the verification department who I had to leave a message for the first time and never received a return call. After my 3rd attempt to resolve this situation I finally get someone on the phone only to be told after being placed on hold twice that “they” can’t verify who I am so there’s nothing that can be done and I can’t use my account. In order to make sure I got the correct information I asked why couldn’t my account be used and what caused this and was told in a rude tone that “they” can’t verify who I am. I provided my contact information, address, last order, previous contact number, current contact number, and work number that’s on my account and none of that was enough to verify who I am. I’ve never dealt with a company’s customer service/verification department who just basically says there’s nothing they can do without making any effort to resolve this situation. I have an HSN card that’s 100% pointless now and will eventually be closed because I can’t order anything with it nor can I use my personal bank card to order anything. If losing customers is what HSN is aiming for it’s safe to say they’ve succeeded in my case!
I’m sorry for the disappointment with this account issue, christie718. Unfortunately we aren’t able to handle any verification problems. I would suggest calling back and working with them again to resolve this.
