Can’t seem to get an answer about the Lessman shipping
I ordered an Andrew Lessman item that was in stock at the time and the item still says “packinging”. Called HSNm, Mikey at CS says it is a warehouse issue and they have no idea when it will be resolved. I ordered this nearly three weeks ago. In this day and age, how long does a shipping issue, even if it is a computer issue, take to resolve? I won’t be buying any more Andrew products from here. It simply takes too long and I can’t get a clear answer from customer service.

I agree. My last 2 AL vitamin orders took forever to ship and one was missing a product when I did finally get it. I am also waiting on a beauty product that has been in packaging for 2 weeks. HSN used to be great at shipping quickly but now they have a serious problem. I don’t want to buy from either until this problem is resolved.
