Cant place order

I tried to place an order online it said cant continue problem with account to call, so i called and was told someone at my address at some point owes money?? My finace has live here 32 years ive lived here 13,neither of us owe anything to hsn or qvc, thanks for saving me money i guess, i will cancel my qvc/hsn credit card ive had forever also.

    @jennifer_massey7, I’m sorry you had trouble placing an order. I can see an order was placed on a different account. The person on this account changed their address to the address on your account. There is still a balance on that account. If you feel this is an error, let us know and we can look into this further for you.

      @jennifer_massey7, no, that will not get you back to shopping. You should contact our FlexPay department so they can review your concern. You can reach them at 1-800-404-8533, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm EST. They are closed weekends.
