Can’t change password
My account was hacked when someone from Texas bought Vince Camuto shoes (I’m from NJ) under my name and account. Luckily I caught it and had customer service cancel the order. I was told to change my password and went through it 7 times with different customer service reps. It always ended with the infamous OOPs – your infomation doesn’t match what we have on record. The last rep informed me that she had never seen this happen before. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said they would just repeat the same procedure. She told me she was sending it to tech support. Well, when will I hear anything? I have a feeling this isn’t going to be ironed out and HSN will be losing a very good customer. I no longer feel safe on this site. Anyone ever have this problem before?

We never want you to feel as though your information is not secure! We take great measures to ensure the security of our customers! I do see the issue was reported but has not been completed. I can have this issue escalated for you. Someone will need to call you in order to verify your info before anything can be done. What is the best time to reach you?
