Can't cancel order within 24h????
Bought 2 of the same items on HSN, changed mind and wanted only 1. Called within 24hr to cancel only one of the items,unable to do so because “the order was processed” and what not. So now I would have to send the one item back paying S&H charges. Ridiculous!!! HSN advertises that”you can return items anytime you are not satisfied”, well, I have not even received the product yet and can’t cancel within 24h?, and I will be charged for the return?!

@sea206, I’m terribly sorry to see your disappointment in our procedures. We have no intention of being misleading in anyway. Our policy does allow returns if you’re not satisfied and cancellations before midnight. We are unable to waive the return shipping in every situation. But, I see you processed your order online close to midnight which narrows the window of cancellations because that’s when all orders in the system are processed for packaging and unable to be reverted. I greatly apologize for the inconvenience and hope you continue to shop with us in the future.
HSN’s policy has always been that orders go to processing at midnight ET after you order. FYI if you return the item you are only responsible for the return shipping costs as they refund the full amount of your purchase if you pay to ship it back yourself or less their return shipping fee of $7.95 (for most items). Hopefully a mod can help since you clearly didn’t understand the policies.
