Cannot write reviews for most of my products purchased
I shop on HSN all the time. I cannot write reviews for many of my items. Please tell me why???
I’m sorry that you have been unable to review your items, @trisha18! Orders placed through your account do require at least 5 days from the Order Date before a review can be placed, but allow you 180 days to leave a your review.
Angela, trisha18 is not a new customer! This error message when trying to review needs to be addressed. Lots of us are impacted by this. On at least 2 occasions Kyle and Jordan have submitted an IT requests to clear the error message for me but it only seems to last a week or so. This is an ongoing problem. We KNOW you need to wait at least 5 days, that is not the issue!
Trisha, try going in from ANY of the emails asking you to write a review. For some reason doing it this way allows you to write reviews even though it still takes you to order history. I go through prolonged periods where I get the “our records indicate you haven’t purchased this item…..” error message and am unable to write reviews the traditional way. If you are trying to write multiple reviews, just keep accessing your order history through the same email.
