I tried to order a laptop and it took the money out of my account and then I got an email an hour later and it said the order was cancelled so I tried to order it again and it automatically denied the order and said I wasn’t eligible for flexpay I need my money back in my account ASAP.
Hi @pope116, I have sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorizations on your account. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
