I ordered a Nintendo switch from your site. Noticed I did not receive an email confirmation. So I checked my order status on the site. It says order my order was cancelled. I then checked my bank account. My money has already been taken out! Why if you cancelled my order do you take my money anyway. I’m not happy:( luckily I have connections at consumer protection. I will be calling them tomorrow!
I’m sorry to hear about this order being canceled. I checked into this and it looks like it was canceled since you were not approved for flexpay. When an order is placed, we authorize the bank for the amount, so that is what you see. Once an order is canceled, we let the bank know we don’t need those funds and they will remove the authorization based on their time-frames for that.
