You cancelled my order 2 minutes after I placed it but are holding my 83.99 and it’s days before Xmas and I need my almost 100.00…What a crappy way to do business..And don’t say my bank is holding it , you shouldn’t even charge a card until u are sure you are shipping an order. Thanks for ruining my xmas

, I’m sorry to see we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. If you look at your account, it should show the transaction is in a pending status. This is because we have only authorized the amount we were going to take. Since we cancelled the order, this pending transaction will fall off on its own. Normally takes about 3 business days depending on your banks policy. If you would like to have this amount released sooner, you will need to contact your bank and get the fax number where they want release of authorization forms faxed to. Once you have this number you’ll need to call us and request to speak to a supervisor. Once you have a supervisor on the line, you can provide them the information for your bank and they can normally get the hold removed by the end of the day.
