I just ordered a desktop computer with flexpay, first payment was taking out of my account right away just to get an email 10 minutes later, saying my order was cancelled…not sure why and customer service is not able to answer that either…if something was wrong with it, money shouldn’t have been taking out right away, now i gotta wait to get my money back, what a headache…will not do this again for sure.
Why verify funds and put them on hold just to turn around and cancel order, without explanation… No confusion, just doesnt make sense and not a good way to keep customers
Hello , I’m sorry your order was canceled and understand your concerns. When you placed the order the funds were only authorized on your account. When the order was canceled the authorization was dropped and your account was never charged. You should see it fall off of your account in 72 business hours, depending on your bank.
