I ordered a Teeter Inversion Table yesterday evening and received shorty thereafter my order was cancelled. I called and was told FlexPay Department cancelled the order. Called FlexPay Dept and all they would say is that a letter was being mailed to me. I asked did FlexPay because I chose to pay thru Paypal they said "MAYBE". So this morning I tried to go back and purchase directly with a credit card with FlexPay. I used a coupon code entitled me to $15 off $75 (the table being $449) and now being told I can’t use the coupon again since I already used it. I don’t shop often HSN but this experience surely isn’t helping. I hope a response to this email is quick. I was prescribed the use of the inversion by my doctor in hopes to relieve back pain. At this point I’ve now lost time and may be faced to purchase elsewhere.
