I just cancelle an item I ordered a few min ago. And I was charged on my account, but currently it says "processing" …When will that go away?
, once an order is cancelled we send a reverse authorization to your financial institution to let them know that we won’t be collecting the funds for the order. It will generally take them up to 3 business days to process the reverse authorization and for the hold to fall off of your account.
What about 401-790 the one that buttons the pad and topper together. $29.95
You could eventually loose a button but big deal.
Or the no slip removable topper 355-697 with 3M moisture wicking and stain relaease that has lots of those little traction pads / bumbs like the bottoms of the soft and cozy socks. $59.95
Just a thought.
Personally, I like this concept. I strongly dislike having to pull off an entire pad that I have (it’s old and thin…and doesn’t get washed nearly enough because I hate pulling it off). This pad, being able to remove just the top at a time is great. And the zipper…it’s just a plastic/nylon zipper…should be no cutting or snagging of sheets nor banging around in the washer/dryer. Considering it. What I am wondering…are these types of pads hot to sleep on?
Well….I called 2 people in my family to run it by them–no surprise now :/ — both said"what?!?!" and thought the zipper idea was..just plain stupid. What if it catches the sheet & rips it &–both said on their own that when the zipper breaks in the wash you’re left with…nothing. Mattress pads have been around for many decades withOUT zippers– that’s what laundromats & dry cleaners are for. You know–instead of leaving the Sold Out one (Super loft Cobblestone) sold out–they should have made more instead of ignoring a well-liked product and going with this crazy idea. 2 lost sales here-sad!
Not surprised. Their last TSV was a complete bomb. I was foolish enough to order it and had to pay my own shipping back since Concierge REFUSED to participate in the return label program. SO buyer beware – if you decide this is not a good product you’ll probably be paying a ton of money to return it based on the size. I won’t purchase from them again. They knew returns would be coming on that one and were probably hoping people would just keep it JUST BECAUSE if they didn’t make it easy enough. Wrong. Done with Concierge.
