Cancelled Order – Where’s my refund?
So I had just tried to order a laptop for college. I attempted to use the flexpay option. I got an order confirmation and the money was deducted from my account. Everything was fine until 10-20 minutes later, I get an email stating my order was cancelled. What’s this all about??? You guys weren’t hesistant at all to take my money. Now that it’s cancelled and can’t get a laptop in time for college, I at least want my money back. I call customer service and cannot seem to get a good answer. I’m stressed enough and don’t need this right now… Please.. When will my money come back??
, unfortunately it seems we weren’t able to offer FlexPay on the order so we had to cancel it. For more information on this, you can reach out to our FlexPay Department at 800-879-2559 (8 AM to 5 PM EST). Due to the order being cancelled, a reverse authorization will have been sent to your financial institution to let them know we’re not collecting the funds on the order. You should see them release the funds back to your card within the next 3 business days at the longest.
