Cancelled Order and Refund
I have shopped with HSN before and also had did Flexpay option, no problems..TILL NOW..I go to order a new item and of course they take my payment of $182.00, I’m so excited about my new computer coming, that same day I recieved an e-mail saying that my order was cancelled, I call, and get very little explanation, I will recieve a letter with an explanation. So mad at this point I wanted to know when my money would be put back inmy checking account, I was told within 72 hours…A week and no return of my money !!! Next is a phone call. I will NEVER shop with HSN again !!!
Thank you Kyle, greatly appreciated.
, I’m sorry to hear that we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay and that it was cancelled. The funds should have been reversed back to your card by now, however since they’re still showing on your account, I’ll get a request in to have them reversed. Please allow up to 3 business days for the request to be completed.
Lene0716….. YOUR RIGHT! IT IS THEIR JOB! When we do voice our opinion, personal views… it can become a little sticky and sometimes can get ugly. Yes, that is what I typed my personal views. If I offended or placed any pain on anyone about this thread please accept my apology. At the end of my opinion I did state "Being honest and need more of it." Well, I am honest to you and all others right now…..didn’t mean to be so harsh. Guess I got caught-up in the MOMENT! No excuse for my actions. To see the bright side of this……Glad you liked the "BULL-BUTTER" quote. This is one of my favorite lines when my mind might be thinking something more harsh on words. It has saved my butt and my mouth many, many times…..lol. Being FULL CAJUN I have to be in control of my crazy temper sometimes. Oh yes, I am not perfect……lol.
MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR 2016! :womanwink:
It is their job. It is what they get paid to do, convey a sense of urgency for a product.
The speil is the same on all three shopping channels.
The Flex/Easy/Value Pays will expire at midnight they say. The most often used is that there are very limited quantities and hundred of people dialing in.
All in all, give them a break. It is their job to sell. I couldn’t do it.
And salespeople who sell items to us in person don’t lie?
Of course they do.
It is probably available in limited quantities because they only have a few that were brought in to sale.
GUYNEXTDOOR and others……"ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ON THIS TOPIC" I am also so tired of this "BULL-BUTTER (Texas talk)." Many, many times I sit here wondering, "Why do the hosts say that line?" My girlfriend wanted to purchase an item (which I lead her to the item on air for Xmas, and she is now a new customer) one evening about 3 weeks ago. She called me and said, "heck I got busy and didn’t call for the item. Now it will go up and the time has passed because I am too late and now I will pay MORE." I told her, "no….don’t worry about it. Just call and place order." She was confused with that good ole sales pitch…lie….that they feed customers. It aggrevates me to the last nerve! My dear friend was glad about the gift being cheaper but; thought that it was a strange phrase they do. :smileyfrustrated: I feel HSN really needs to stop this ridiculous sales pitch…..leave it alone and just be "HONEST!" it makes the world better….being "HONEST" and we need "MORE OF IT!".
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR, 2016!!!!!!!!
This makes me angry when they pull this! Lying is lying and I lose respect for people, businesses, etc. that do this to their customers! There is NO excuse in my opinion either. UGH!
You were right!
Some things just need to be tried on and I just learned my lesson sending back at my expense $7.## for shipping on a different brand of sales jeans. Oh well, I tried a few clothes purchases here, but will limit it for this reason.
Sizing is all over the place between different brands and within brands.
You’re welcome, lass. I buy my jeans, leggings, etc. at Ross and don’t think I’ve ever paid more than $20-bucks for a great pair of jeans. Leggings are usually $6-to-$10-bucks. These online ‘Designer’-brand jeans are way, way, way overpriced if you ask me!
