CANCELLED AN ITEM IN ERROR
In the wee hours of Wednesday A.M., I cancelled in error, Rarieties: Fine Jewelry Gemstone and White Zircon Oval 3-Stone Ring/Morganite, Size 8 (Item #475-763).
Unfortunately, because this ring was on Waitlist, once I cancelled by error, I was no longer able to retrieve it back even through Customer Service. How sad, it was in the process of being delivered to me by February 10th. I was on Waitlist since December, 2016. The Morganite ring sold out right after I made the purchase and it was placed on Waitlist.
Would HSN kindly try their very best to notify me IF the Morganite ring is put back into stock for purchase?
I would appreciate greatly if this can be accomplished.
Hi Ryan, I have done this as soon as I was informed by C.S. that it may have gone to the next person in Waitlist line to receive it even though I called immediately (didn’t even take the next breath) and was informed at that time that it shows that it had become unavailable. Thank you for your reply! I hope that I’m surprised if I should see it available.
