HSN cancelled my account without my knowledge!!! All of my auto-ships…GONE!! I called and they told me to fax, I fax and no word! Don’t let this happen to you! This is no way to treat your customers!! I’ve been a customer for 25 years! Simply UNBELIEVABLE!! I hope this is rectified ASAP
First of all i never received a “letter”. Second of all because of returns? Dont show hosts say “return any item no questions asked”? Isnt that your policy? How can you know if something fits if you dont try it on? What about all of the items i keep? You say you cant reopen the account…i find that hard to believe! Again…UNBELIEVABLE!
