Cancellation & Refund / Paypal
I orders a TV and it said I was denied for flex pay. I checked my PayPal account and you guys withdrew the the frist amount even though you denied my order through flex pay!!!! I Called Customer service & they said I should have it back in my account in 24-72 hours through PayPal???? I want my money back like Now!!! if I cant have my TV why do I have to wait until you guys release my funds? I want to order this TV through you guys again useing flex pay but I’m afraid I’ll be denied again and have to go through this whole process can a admin at least assure me there’s a slight chance of me being eligible for easy pay even though I was already denied ?
@z12345678910, I’m so sorry that you were unable to order this TV. I was able to expedite the release of your funds. It can still take up to 72 hours, though, depending on your bank. While I am unable to see the reason it didn’t process, we do check to ensure the Billing information is the same between your account and your card. Large electronic items like this, we do require a Major credit card, rather than a debit card or pre-paid card with a credit card logo, so this could also caused the order to cancel. You can also try paying in full. I hope this helps and I look forward to shopping with you in the future. 🙂
