
Canceled order funds still on hold.
It’s going on 7 days since I canceled an order for a TV. The funds are still on hold going on 7 days. I’ve read it’s supposed to take 72 hours for the funds to be taken off hold. The payment has never processed it’s still pending. I need to make sure the funds have been ordered to be released back to me.

This issue resolved itself by the 7th day. No action is required. I would like to simply say that during the dynamic nature of gift buying I’d appreciate if I need to cancel an order my money won’t be tied up for 7 days. 72 hours is tolerantable but not a week. I’m already on thin ice which is why most people shop here anyway. Who wants to pay more in the long run if you don’t have to? Anyway, no harm no foul just food for thought. I do appreciate that this option is available so thank you HSN for being about 90% reliable.
