Lene0716 I really believe what really caused the mindset here is that that it wasn’t tested and checked out very well for it’s design for the market it was being offered to. It should have been checked out better by Joy who DESIGNED it before she presented to her market. It should have been checked out and tested by the manufacturer while it was being made and the bugs worked out. Lastly, it should of been checked out by HSN before it aired. With years of service HSN should know it’s customer base. With a little more testing there could have been a happy ending here and many more stars with the reviews…….Ronnie
I did not buy the mop either but am finding the saga of the miracle flop quite interesting. BTW, many JPPA posters are posting here as well. I believe what people add most upset about, besides the fact that the mop seems to require an instructional class, is that it was made available in retail everywhere days later at the some price or less and no shipping costs.
