Canary – Need Pre-paid Return label
I purchased the Canary specifcally because a caller asked on air if the Canary would work with any internet/wireless service. Your guest said yes. I have that specific show recorded. I got mine and it will not work as I don’t have high speed internet. Won’t work on ethernet either. I called Customer Service last night and asked that a pre-paid return label be sent to me. I was told that ‘we do not pay for return shipping’. I have a product that was mis-represented and won’t work. The agent made it sound like I just didn’t want it.
I sadly don’t trust you when you say you will refund my shipping because you rarely do and I have to make call after call. I will gladly not mention anything if I return a product I don’t like. Shipping is on me. But if your product doen’t work or was mis-represented then I want a pre-paid return label. Can you help please?
