Can no longer e-mail HSN using Chrome
Today for the second time in a week, I tried contacting HSN using email for a price adjustment using my Chrome account. I fill in all the information, but when I go to Continue, I get a round circle with a slash through it. There is no information missing and no way to continue. I just tried the same procedure on my HSN app on my iPad and the message went through immediately. Can you check on what might be the problem using Chrome on my Chromebook?
Sorry to hear this isn’t working. 🙁 I just tested it on Chrome and it went through for me. I suggest clearing your cookies and cache to see if that solves it. Sometimes the website stores old info and clearing the cache fixes it. If you’re still having trouble after that, let me know.
