Can I get my money back?!!?
I was going to order a laptop and use flex pay and it said that I wouldn’t be able to do it. It took my money :/ and wondering when I would get it back?? That disappointed me!
I really am sorry to hear that your order had been canceled, @mashyla. I apologize for this delayed response and see that our system has already sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorization. The time frame as to when your funds become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds process.
