Purchased red velvet cake for family in CA. The cake arrived a bit damaged. It was for my nephews birthday. He also just had foot surgery. Apparently the cake was good but not bday party shape as advertised on your website I have a photo I can share separately if you care to see it. I’ve not purchased cakes before from HSN. Not sure I will again. Can’t really return food items or I’d have my sister return it. A replacement cake would be appreciated or a HSN credit if that makes more sense
