C.S. Please help w/damaged shipment!
I ordered item#509-542 on 10/19/17 and just received it today and it is all broken up. I went to exchange it and there is no option for exchange on the side of order status. So I went to the product and is all sold out. Please help.

Hi poochers59! I’m sorry to hear this arrived damaged for you. Unfortunately this is sold out so we are not able to set up an exchange for you. I’ve reported this to our shipping team and waived the return shipping for you as well to send it back. Once we receive this back we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment.
