C.S. Help w/Missing Item Please!
I was excited to receive my 3 packages today but after checking all the boxes and all the items one item #446-026 was missing. The box was a big long box but there was no lid in there. How is this possible? This has never happened before. Do I need to file a complaint/inquiry with UPS or what does one do in this situation? Please help!!
