C.S. Disappointed and Confused
I have not received a coupon since (usave50) a couple of months ago. I receive all the What’s New Today emails, so I know I am signed up. I pay my HSN card in full every month and I have paid all my flexpays until Oct. 20, 2017 using my debit card. So I know my account is in good standing. So color me confused as to not receiving any type of coupons. I am disappointed because my brother and all others who have been posting have received at least 3 or more coupons in the past 2 months. I have been very patient and waiting for one but to find out you have given another one out today (170656)and I still have not received one. Could you please look into this and tell me what I have done wrong not to deserve at least one. Thank you for your time and any help you can give me.

@poochers1 Thank you for being such a loyal customer for so many years! I am truly sorry that you have been unable to take advantage of some of our discounts. We do try to keep the lowest prices so coupons are not needed, but I do like to save as well and would be happy to submit this feedback for you.
