Please let me know ASAP when my address has been unblocked. The previous owners of my house at **apparently had an account with HSN that is now deliquent. However, I have owned this house for over 2 years now. I attempted to make a purchase on a sale item 2 days ago, but it was blocked. Now that item is no longer available at the sales price. I was told on a chat thread that the item may not be on sale by the time my address has been unblocked and that I wouldn’t be able to purchase the item at the sales price. Now I have found another item, currently waiting in my shopping bag, and I still can’t order it. If my address can’t be unlocked before this item returns to it’s regular price, I would like a raincheck on the purchase.
Please advise …
**HSN EDIT- Removed Personal Information.
I feel really bad for these customers every time I read one of these posts. I don’t get it HSN. It wasn’t the house or apartment that didn’t pay you. It was a person. Obviously you know that this customer isn’t the same as the customer who used to live at the house as they would have completely different names. Would really like an explanation as to why you put a block on people who, through no fault of their own, moved to a place where the previous redsident has an outstanding payment. You would block the customer who didn’t pay, regardless of where they move to.
I don’t understand how you can not contact a customer when the issue has been resolved. Some one at HSN should be able to. Very bad customer service and practice in my opinion.
Unfortunately we don’t have any way to contact you about this. You’ll need to call in to customer service at 1-800-933-2887 from 8 a.m. – 1 a.m., Eastern Time to verify some information and request they research this to release the address.
