BEST Customer Service ANYWHERE!
I am a very active online shopper. I order from various places.
I have been a HSN customer for years.
I had a problem ( absolutely no fault of HSNs ) and was at a loss of what to do.
I called HSN -Customer Service , talked with Barbara.
She handled the situation very professionally and treated me very kind.
I cannot express how much I appreciated and needed a solution.

I agree completely; a host needs to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in many ways. But the original poster isn’t complaining about not being able to understand a host’s thick accent, the complaint is their perception that HSN was disrespecting (!) "traditional" Americans (whatever that is) to attract "foreigners." That’s what I was addressing.
