Bell Howell Air Humidifers
This is the message.
THE POST OFFICE WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER THE UPS SUREPOST PACKAGE AS ADDRESSED. PLEASE CONTACT THE SENDER FOR ASSISTANCE.
Is there a way to track this?
UPS referred me back to HSN for assistance. I emailed again and requested that they help me. I explained to UPS that HSN referred me to UPS for assistance with this matter.
Below is the second email I just received from UPS. I am again being referred to HSN for assistance with this lost shipment.
Thank you for your response. I understand your point of view. This is an automated response. UPS is the carrier, HSN would be considered the sender. Please contact the shipper directly for further information.
UPS Customer Support
I called UPS, and I am on hold now.
I just sent an email from their site. I hope my email goes through. They asked for the account number. I have no clue what HSN’s account number is.
This is what is posted on the UPS site.
While either the shipper or receiver of the package can contact UPS to report a damaged or lost package, UPS encourages the shipper to report package problems.
Occasionally, damage to a package is discovered while the package is in the UPS system. When this happens, UPS notifies the shipper of record.
This is also the message I heard —————> UPS encourages the shipper to report package problems.
After 12 minutes of being on hold, I am hanging up. Hopefully, I receive a response from the email I sent.
This has definitely made a huge impression on me and my future purchases with HSN.
Also, please let me know if the same transportation services are used by all HSN vendors. There are times that products are shipped from HSN vendors to the customer requested shipping address. This will also be helpful.
In this particular case, I need to know the name of the shipment company that Bell Howell used to ship this product.
Last time, I had this issue was with a birthday present sent to OK. The HSN Manager on duty said to have the person verify with her local post office that she would not receive her package. I posted that she went to the post office and verified that she was not going to receive the package. The HSN Manager on duty said she filed the claim with the carrier. I received notice via email that the lost package was received by HSN.
I thought since it is the same type of incident it is the same type of process?
I took time off work to go to the post office to confirm I am not going to receive this package.
I would like to receive a response to my question.
Is HSN going to file a report with the carrier?
Upon receipt of this package by HSN, I expect a refund.
I checked with my local post office. I was told a different post office would have made this delivery, and they do not have it. The Post Master said that it was probably already returned.
Was the postal service used? I was thinking it would be more like a UPS item because the street address was requested.
Hi , I tracked the order and see that same message as the latest scan. It looks like your package may be sitting at your local post office so I suggest contacting them for more information. If they are not helpful, let me know and I’ll check on available options.
