
Been a customer since 1988 but no longer
I am done with HSN. I am probably one of the last 5 people in the world who doesn’t pay their bills electronically (and, therefore, payment is not instant) and have gotten charged $30.00 on two separate occasions for late payment! Apparently, they don’t have the staff to manage inputting paper payments in a timely manner. This seems particularly true since moving their payment dept. to Dallas. To avoid late fees, I mail payment a day or so after receiving their bill and even take the time to mail it directly from a post office, not a drop-off box. Another time, they RETURNED A PAYMENT because I didn’t include the full account number on my money order (but it’s O.K. for them to only include the last 4 digits of my account number on their bill!). They then charged me $30.00 for the turnaround time!! How I received it back in the mail is incredible too, as they stuffed the envelope backwards with my name and address on the inside. I am extremely disappointed in the direction this company has taken.

I’m truly sorry to hear that a delay caused you to be charged a late fee, @sugail. Every penny counts these days! I recommend reaching out to Synchrony Bank directly at 844-889-9676. They should have some options to help ensure a smoother process moving forward.
