Beauty products from HSN no longer able to ship to a P.O. Box?
I was trying to get a couple of Korres beauty products on HSN a couple days ago and when trying to check out the message that it could not be sent to a p.o. box. I then tried to get an item from Doll 10 on HSN and received the same message. Today I tried to do a test purchase on a Beekman and Tweak’d by Nature items to see if that would work. I got the same message. So now no beauty items on HSN can be sent to a p.o. box? What is going on? I just bought products from these companies on HSN in December and had no problem. Has something changed? I truly hope not otherwise HSN is going to lose A LOT of my business.
Can someone from customer service please respond and let us know what is going on?
I’m sorry that you’ve been unable to send some of your more recent orders to your Post Office Box, @sanchia. Some items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes due to various reasons, including Size, Weight, Value, Perishable Items, and/or vendor request. We would be happy to review these items with you. You’ll be happy to know that you can still send many of these beauty products to your Post Office Box. Please send us the Item Numbers you are interested in and any additional details to HSNSocialCare@hsn.com.
