I ORDERED 2 PAIR OF BEATS HEADPHONES AND BOTH OF THEM HAVE ONE EARPIECE THAT HAS GONE OUT. I BARELY EVEN USED MINE AND THIS REALLY UPSETS ME BECAUSE THESE ARE CONSIDERED HIGH QUALITY HEADPHONES THAT SHOULD LAST MORE THAN TWO YEARS!

I do show that they came with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty which has since expired since your order was from 2014, however you may be able to get some assistance from them for a repair of the item.
