Be honest with customers
All in stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from order date. My in stock order is still in packaging 3 days later and est delivery is 9 business days. Funny how the date changes after our orders are completed.How is that good business ethics? I have even ordered express and it doesn’t arrive on time.

What is the tracking number? Day 4 and still in packaging. That is not shipping in 24-48 hours.
I’m truly sorry for any shipping delay’s that you have previously had, @lipstick300. Please let us know at that time so we can review further options. The time frame you shared is correct. Your order was placed on 7/30 and will arrive within 7 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays. Although, the status hasn’t updated, your order has been shipped. Once it reaches it’s first destination, the shipping and tracking information will be updated at that time. I know how exciting it is to receive a new item! Thank you for your patience.
