Laptop that I sent off with son to college….He’s home for Thanksgiving and tells me it hardly works- constantly freezes up, screen goes black, etc. Boy, I wish I would have known sooner! I contact HSN customer service and they are pushing me to the manufacturer. Reveiws since I purchased as pretty bad with the same issues. Why won’t HSN allow me to return this product that has known issues? Shouldn’t they stand behind what they sell? I want a refund!
