Bad experience with customer service
I called after receiving an email that a package had been delivered, I had not received it in my mailbox. The person that I talked with was not helpful at all; really kind of rude. I called USPS and they said that the postal employee had shown it delivered to my approximate address. This was 3 days ago and I still have no package. Should I be expected to pay for something that I did not get? If I do have to pay for it and never receive my purchase I will never shop with HSN again. I don’t know if it was stolen from my mailbox or if the postal employee decided to keep for themselves.
