BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
HSN has the worst customer service! Rude and no knowledge whatsoever! And the shipping is terrible! I had ordered my package since Dec 6, now it’s Dec 29 and still waiting! Customer service made me wait for more than 10 minutes just to transfer me to another customer service who’s not very helpful as well! This has happened not once but twice!
, I’m very sorry you have been through all this and still have an undelivered order. I see that on 12/13/16 8:29 A.M, the post office was unable to deliver the UPS SurePost® package as addressed. They should have left a message for you to contact us to correct the address. If you could Private Message me (don’t post publicly) to confirm the shipping address, I’ll attempt to have it redirected. I’ve also replaced the $20 Spendable KA$H that was used on the order. This credit is available to use on any new order placed before 2/27/17.

Oh yes this crafting takes a bit of a time to do. The knitting took me several days to get it done. I still have to sew up the hat. I only know the one stitch. I did find out that I could go along way on that stitch.
