Bad Customer Service for Incorrect item received
I ordered 3 different sets of the Spectrum Noir Glitter inks & they took quite awhile to ship due to high demand, I got them today but I got 2 Winter Warmer sets & no clear overlay. I called Customer Service & was told it’s not available & I have to go to UPS to return the wrong item. Ridiculous! It wasn’t my mistake, so why can’t I get what I ordered & why do I have to go out of my way to return YOUR mistake?
I’m truly sorry that you didn’t receive one of your items, @sneaks811! You are correct, it is no longer available for us to send out a replacement. We only have a certain number available and once they sell out, we are unable to send more, even for a missing item. No worries, a full refund has been issued for the clear overlay. You will see this back on your original method of payment within 72 hours. I truly wish I could do more.
