Bad address Error message
I am trying to place an order but I keep getting an error message after I enter all my payment info. It says sorry bad address.
Still no emails on July 28 even after my settings were reset by a manager on Friday -July 24th

Candace… I have received no email from you. Please DO NOT treat me like an idiot by asking me to once again check my spam/junk folder, nor clear my cache, etc. as this patronizing, condescending attitude on Customer Service’s part only serves to piss me off more than I already am. THIS PROBLEM IS ON HSN’s END.
I would like to state that I was a Customer Service manager for 12-years. When a problem was escalated to me, I told all my customers the same thing– ‘Your problems are over because the buck stops with me’. I asked for 24-hours to get on-top of their problem, and called them back within that time-frame with either a fix, or an explanation. If an explanation, I would call back EVERY DAY to let them know ‘I’m still working on it’, until their problem WAS fixed.
I’m so sick and tired of NONE OF YOU taking responsibility and following-through on getting this problem fixed as it isn’t just me; there are too many of us experiencing this same difficulty. It’s about time SOMEONE OVER THERE takes this matter seriously and DOES SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
Hello FairMaiden. I’m so sorry that your promotional emails are not arriving. I’m sure we have asked you to check your spam and trash folders already, but would you please check again? I just sent a test email to you and if you receive that, kindly reply.
