Auto Ship of Tan Luxe – pls correct it
Hi, I ordered the Tan Luxe in the med-dark in auto ship this evening. My order shows correct of med-dark but then when I went in to my auto ship page it is saying auto shipment will be light-med which I did not order. Please get this corrected as I want my auto ship matching what I ordered this evening which is med-dark. Thank you
Ryan, thank u for your reply & reporting this. I checked now & it’s still showing auto ship light -med. I hope this gets corrected soon as this is a popular product & with warm weather approaching, I don’t want to miss out on my auto ship not being corrected as I know this product starts to sell like crazy & then it becomes unavailable & no auto ship available. I just wanted to start ahead & get it ordered & on auto ship. Thank u for all u do for us. 😊👌🏻
That’s very odd, @tamrick. I’ve reported this but don’t expect to have it corrected for a couple of days. Your first shipment will be fine and we should be able to get this corrected before your first AutoShip is processed.
