AUTO SHIP DID NOT LOCK IN LOWER PRICE
I ordered Carol’s Daughter Monoi Repairing Shampoo & Conditioner Duo-AS # 287-309. I got an alert saying the price had dropped so I ordered it. Last night when Lisa & Carol’s Daughter was on the host Suzanne Runyan said several times that AUTO SHIP locks in the lower price.
I got the lower price of $27.90 on the 1st shipment only. Going into my auto ship shipments it shows the higher price of $33.90.
i called customer service 3 times and 2 of the reps had to check to see what auto ship is and then said you do not get the lower price. 1 rep sent an email to the auto ship dept to fix the lower prices and said it would be straight within 24 hrs. It is still showing the higher price.
I have another Carol’s Daughter product on AS and future shipments show the lower price. And all the rest of the items I have on AS, you get the lower price. That’s one of the biggies that makes AS appealing.
Can someone fix this please? Thank you.

So I gave it a week and the price has still not been corrected.
I am sad that that there were different excuses given for why I did not get the lower price as promised by the host and has always been a benefit of the auto ship program. Auto ship locks in the lower price.
I purchased on the correct day.
A customer service rep sent in a request to correct the price and Sarah sent in a request to fix it.
Does it really take this long to fix the problem?
So far I do like the shampoo and conditioner but will probably cancel the auto ship. And I don’t need as much conditioner as shampoo as i do not use conditioner each time I wash my hair, so will save me money in the long run.
I do hope that this benefit of the auto ship program is not being ended.
Hello TREKKY, I know you want to get the best deal possible and I’m sorry for the confusion regarding your Auto-Ship. I have reviewed your first order and see that you used a coupon. As outlined in the coupon rules, that discount only applies to the current order, not any future Auto-Shipments.
