
August 31 friends and family discount
Hello Mr. Muller,
Thank you for the lovely letter regarding the 20% customer appreciation discount on August 31st, but I think customers who purchased during the 24 hour customer appreciation window should be given 20% off one item. It’s thoughtful that you’re making the offer again, however, that means we have to make additional purchases in order to receive a discount that you already put out there.
Furthermore, most of the time, when such a gesture is extended, you lose it if you return the item which I think is just .
