ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!
I just went through a nightmare to get a "block" on our account taken off. NOW, I tried to place an order and got a message that our account is "blocked". This was taken care of…finally…today! What’s the problem? I spoken to someone in the ‘verification’ area, then spoke to a customer service person and was told it’s all taken care of. WELL, IT’S NOT! All we did was relocate. However, the prior owner of this home had left a bad debt with HSN…that placed an automatic "block" on our account. This has caused an enormous amount of wasted time and energy. Moving is stressful enough without adding additional issues. To make matters worse, we already have a package ‘out there somewhere’ that will be delivered to the wrong addrress. This is getting ridiculous. PLEASE…GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED. :womansad:
The package did NOT land in my hands. I’ve already spoken to customer service today, again. I received a message that the package could not be delivered "as addressed". We filled out a change of address form with the post office. So everything was done correctly on our end. The message also said to "contact the seller for assistance"…which is HSN. I was told I needed to wait 4 days…IF the package did not show up, I could have HSN send another one out. Problem is…in 4 days the color and size of what was ordered may not be available. So, I went ahead and ordered another one (to the CORRECT address). In the mean time, IF, the other one somehow shows up, I’ll just send it back. However, I do NOT want to be charged shipping costs. This whole thing since we’ve moved has been a nightmare…with wasted time and energy. This has been going on since Feb 1. First, a block got placed on our account as someone at this address at some point in the past left a bad debt with HSN. This has affected us negatively even to this day (since my package did NOT get delivered today as scheduled). I will say,..due to me re-ordering something that should have already arrived…will come to our NEW address. Also, the item ordered yesterday will also be coming to our new address. It was the package that was left "somewhere out there" that has not been delivered…even though we’ve done everything correctly. I recognize that customer service did the best they could. Yet, in this case "best they could" is not good enough. There needs to be a workable solution to situations like this. It’s beyond frustrating, not to mention all the waste of time.
YEAH! Everything was resolved regarding future orders…finally. I do appreciate the help that HSN customer service provided. There is still a package that’s out there with the wrong address on it. It was NOT the fault of HSN. It had already left their warehouse when the address change was made. I do have a tracking number (finally) and hope to catch it before it’s delivered to the wrong place. To all of you that replied…it made a big difference. It let me know I’m not the only one this has happened to and that was an encouragement! You ladies are awesome! :heart:
YIKES! This situation isn’t resolved yet. I’m sure it will be, I just don’t know exactly when. HSN customer service is trying to help throught these "glitches"…and I do appreciate it,
I meant to tell you that I’ve even tried using a different browser…it did not help. I keep getting a message that our account is BLOCKED…and all because we moved to a different house in a different part of the city. Our problem began when we found out OUR ACCOUNT was blocked due to the prior owner leaving a bad debt with HSN. Please…find out how to resolve this issue.
Hello , please sign out of and close hsn.com before deleting your cookies. After opening a new browser window pull us up by typing it into the address bar; not from any saved links such as favorites. These types of holds are stored by your browser. Or you can use a different browser. After that you should be good to go! 🙂
